The CENTRAL purpose of our Single Adult Ministry at
Central Baptist Church is to provide a place of community to Single Adults & their families where they can find, through God's guidance, Christian encouragement, acceptance, love, hope, healing, Spiritual growth & opportunities of service to help them find the "Single-ness" of purpose
God has for each of them.

Single Purpose Dinner/Bible Study
The first and third Thursday evening (except during school holidays)
of each month our Singles meet to share food, fun, fellowship
and Bible Study in an effort to better understand themselves & their
"Single Purpose" in God's unique plan. We meet at someone's
home--each person brings 1 item toward our dinner--we cook, eat & then
have a short Bible study designed to help Singles identify their purpose
& fulfill their desire to fellowship with
others of like circumstances.
Childcare is always provided. |

Monthly Socials
Our Singles meet at least monthly and participate in a variety of activities in order to provide a non-threatening atmosphere for social
interaction with other Single adults and their families.
We have cookouts, swimming parties, go bowling, out to eat, go to Canton for first Monday Trade Days, have game nights, go to amusement parks,
play putt-putt, have volleyball parties or sometimes just have pot-luck dinners and just visit. We have had camping weekends, and have attended
several Single Adult conferences both in Texas and Oklahoma.
We welcome your children at our socials, or we will provide childcare
for adult only get togethers. If you are looking for new friends who will support you and encourage you to be all you can be, give us a call--God loves you and so do we.
It is a great place to find encouragement, support and fellowship. We minister to Singles of all ages and from all different types of backgrounds and experiences. Singles at Central are gowing in Christ and are serving our Lord like never before! | |
